1. Why Prices Change

Electronics prices in Myanmar can change due to:

  • Currency exchange rates
  • Supply and demand
  • Distributor pricing

1.2 When Prices Apply

The price you see online is current at the time of viewing.

Due to market volatility, prices may change at any point – even after payment (though this is rare).

We’ll always contact you if this happens.

 

2. Confirming Your Order

2.1 Price Confirmation

  • Cart prices are estimates only
  • Prices may change even after order placement
  • In rare cases, prices may change after payment
  • We’ll always contact you before delivery if prices change

2.2 If Prices Change After Payment

While rare, if prices change after you’ve paid:

  • We’ll contact you immediately
  • We’ll explain the situation clearly
  • You can pay the difference or receive a full refund
  • For price decreases, we’ll refund the difference

2.3 Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders:

  • Final price confirmed at delivery
  • You can refuse delivery if price changed
  • No obligation to accept

 

3. Product Availability

3.1 Stock Levels

We try to keep accurate stock information, but:

  • Items in your cart aren’t reserved
  • Stock is first-come, first-served
  • Popular items may sell out quickly

3.2 Out of Stock Items

If something becomes unavailable:

  • We’ll notify you immediately
  • We can suggest alternatives
  • Full refunds for unavailable items

 

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

4.1 Our Prices

All prices are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) unless noted otherwise.

4.2 Import Price Adjustments

For imported products:

  • We review exchange rates daily

  • We absorb small fluctuations when possible

When you pre-order:

  • Same warranty as new (unless noted)

11. Payment and Order Processing

11.1 Understanding Price Changes

၁။ စျေးနှုန်းတွေ ဘာကြောင့်ပြောင်းလဲရလဲ

၁.၁။ ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေ

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အီလက်ထရောနစ် ပစ္စည်းတွေရဲ့ စျေးနှုန်းဟာ အောက်ပါအကြောင်းတွေကြောင့် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါတယ် –

  • ငွေလဲလှယ်နှုန်း အတက်အကျ
  • ဝယ်လိုအား/ရောင်းလိုအား အခြေအနေ
  • ဖြန့်ဖြူးသူများ၏ စျေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲမှု

၁.၂။ စျေးနှုန်း အတည်ဖြစ်ချိန်

အွန်လိုင်းမှာ မြင်ရတဲ့စျေးနှုန်းဟာ အဲဒီအချိန်ရဲ့ စျေးနှုန်းပါ။

ဈေးကွက်မတည်ငြိမ်မှုကြောင့် ငွေပေးချေပြီးနောက်မှာတောင် စျေးနှုန်း ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါတယ် (ရှားပါတယ်)။

ဒီလိုဖြစ်ရင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ ချက်ချင်းဆက်သွယ်ပါမယ်။

 

၂။ မှာယူမှု အတည်ပြုခြင်း

၂.၁။ စျေးနှုန်း အတည်ပြုခြင်း

  • Cart ထဲက စျေးနှုန်းတွေဟာ ခန့်မှန်းစျေးတွေပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်
  • Order တင်ပြီးနောက်မှာတောင် စျေးပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ရှားပေမဲ့ ငွေပေးပြီးနောက်မှာလည်း ပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • စျေးပြောင်းသွားခဲ့ရငခဲ့ရင် ပို့မပေးခင် အမြဲဆက်သွယ်ပါမယ်

၂.၂။ ငွေပေးပြီးမှ စျေးပြောင်းရင်

ရှားပေမဲ့ ငွေပေးပြီးမှ စျေးပြောင်းရင် –

  • ချက်ချင်း ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်
  • ဘာကြောင့်ဆိုတာ ရှင်းပြပါမယ်
  • ပိုပေးပြီး ယူနိုင်သလို၊ ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်လည်းယူနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • စျေးကျသွားရင်တော့ ပိုတာပြန်အမ်းပါမယ်

 

၃။ ပစ္စည်း ရရှိနိုင်မှု

၃.၁။ Stock အခြေအနေ

တတ်နိုင်သမျှ တိကျအောင် ကြိုးစားပေမဲ့ –

  • Cart ထဲထည့်ထားတာက သိမ်းထားတာ မဟုတ်ပါ
  • အရင်ရောက်အရင်ရ စနစ်ပါ
  • လူကြိုက်များတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းတွေ မြန်မြန်ကုန်နိုင်ပါတယ်

၃.၂။ Stock ကုန်သွားရင်

ပစ္စည်းမရှိတော့ရင် –

  • ချက်ချင်း အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်
  • အခြားပစ္စည်း အကြံပြုပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • မရရင် ငွေအပြည့် ပြန်အမ်းပါမယ်

 

၄။ ငွေကြေးနှင့် ငွေလဲနှုန်း

၄.၁။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ စျေးနှုန်းများ

အားလုံးကို မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ (MMK) နဲ့ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။

၄.၂။ သွင်းကုန် ပစ္စည်းစျေးနှုန်း ပြောင်းလဲမှု

သွင်းကုန်ပစ္စည်းတွေအတွက် –

  • နေ့စဉ် ငွေလဲနှုန်း စစ်ဆေးပါတယ်
  • သိသိသာသာ ပြောင်းရင် အတည်ပြုပြီး Order တွေမှာပါ သက်ရောက်နိုင်ပါတယ်
  • အနည်းငယ်ပြောင်းတာကို တတ်နိုင်သမျှ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဘက်က ခံပါတယ်

 

၅။ အထူးကမ်းလှမ်းချက်များ

၅.၁ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းများ

Sale စျေးတွေဟာ အချိန်အကန့်အသတ်နဲ့ Stock ရှိသလောက်သာ ရနိုင်ပါတယ်။

၅.၂။ စည်းကမ်းချက်များ

တချို့ Deal တွေမှာ အရေအတွက်ကန့်သတ်ချက်လို အထူးစည်းကမ်းတွေ ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

 

၆။ ကြိုတင်မှာယူမှုနှင့် Backorder

၆.၁။ ကြိုတင်မှာယူမှု စျေးနှုန်း

ကြိုတင်မှာယူရင် –

  • ပစ္စည်းမရောက်ခင် စျေးပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ငွေပေးပြီးသားဖြစ်ရင်တောင် ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေအရ စျေးပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ပြောင်းလဲမှုရှိရင် ဆက်သွယ်အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်
  • ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်ယူလို့ အမြဲရပါတယ်

၆.၂။ Backorder မူဝါဒ

Backorder ပစ္စည်းတွေအတွက် –

  • လက်ရှိစျေးနှုန်း ပြောပါမယ်
  • ပို့မပေးခင်အထိ စျေးပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ငွေအပြည့်ပြန်ယူဖို့ အချိန်မရွေး Cancel လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်

 

၇။ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးနှင့် အများအပြား မှာယူမှု

၇.၁။ အရေအတွက်များများဝယ်ရင် လျှော့စျေး

ပစ္စည်း ၁၀ခုအထက် မှာယူရင် –

  • အထူးစျေးနှုန်းအတွက် ဆက်သွယ်ပါ
  • စျေးနှုန်းအဆိုပြုလွှာ (Quote) ၇ရက် တည်ပါတယ်
  • Stock ရှိမှုနဲ့ ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေပေါ် မူတည်ပါတယ်

၇.၂။ ကော်ပိုရိတ် အကောင့်များ

မှတ်ပုံတင်ထားတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းတွေ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်တာတွေ –

  • အကြွေးဝယ်ခွင့်
  • အရေအတွက်များစွာ လျှော့စျေး
  • ဦးစားပေး ဝန်ဆောင်မှု

 

၈။ စျေးနှုန်းမှားယွင်းမှုများ

၈.၁။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ မှားရင်

တစ်ခါတစ်လေ မှားတတ်ပါတယ်။ စျေးမှားတင်မိရင် –

  • ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး ဆွေးနွေးပါမယ်
  • မှန်တဲ့စျေးနဲ့ ယူနိုင်သလို Cancel လည်း လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်
  • Cancel လုပ်ရင် ငွေအပြည့် ပြန်အမ်းပါမယ်

၈.၂။ သင့်အတွက် အကာအကွယ်

ကျွန်တော်တို့ ကတိပေးတာတွေ –

  • စျေးပြောင်းရင် အမြဲ အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်
  • နောက်ဆုံးစျေးကို သင်သဘောမတူဘဲ ဘယ်တော့မှ မပို့ပါဘူး
  • Cancel လုပ်ရင် ငွေမြန်မြန် ပြန်အမ်းပါမယ်

 

၉။ ပစ္စည်းအစုလိုက် (Bundle)

၉.၁။ Bundle စျေးနှုန်း

Bundle Deal တွေကို –

  • တစ်ခုချင်း ခွဲ၍မရပါ
  • တခြား Offer တွေနဲ့ ပေါင်း၍မရပါ
  • တစ်စိတ်တစ်ပိုင်း ပြန်၍မရပါ (အားလုံး သို့မဟုတ် မပြန်)

၉.၂။ Bundle ပစ္စည်း ပြောင်းလဲမှု

Bundle ထဲက ပစ္စည်းမရှိရင် –

  • အစားထိုး ကမ်းလှမ်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • စျေးနှုန်း ပြောင်းနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • လက်ခံ သို့မဟုတ် Cancel လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်

 

၁၀။ ပြခန်းပစ္စည်းနှင့် ဖွင့်ပြီးပစ္စည်းများ

၁၀.၁။ အထူးစျေးနှုန်း

ပြခန်းပစ္စည်းနဲ့ ဖွင့်ပြီးပစ္စည်းတွေ –

  • အခြေအနေ ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်
  • အသစ်ထက် စျေးသက်သာပါတယ်
  • အသစ်နဲ့ အာမခံတူပါတယ် (မတူရင် ဖော်ပြပါမယ်)

၁၀.၂။ နောက်ဆုံးရောင်းချမှု ပစ္စည်းများ

လျှော့စျေးပစ္စည်း အချို့ဟာ –

  • ပြန်၍ မရပါ
  • အာမခံ အကန့်အသတ်ရှိပါတယ်
  • မဝယ်ယူခင် ရှင်းလင်းစွာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်

 

၁၁။ ငွေပေးချေမှုနှင့် မှာယူမှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်

၁၁.၁။ စျေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲမှုကို နားလည်ခြင်း

သိထားရမှာက –

  • ငွေပေးပြီးလည်း စျေးမသေချာပါဘူး (ဈေးကွက်ပေါ်မူတည်တယ်)
  • ကြိုပေးထားတဲ့ Order တွေမှာ စျေးပြောင်းတာ ရှားပေမဲ့ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်
  • စျေးပြောင်းရင် အမြဲ ဆက်သွယ်ပါမယ်

၁၁.၂။ ငွေပေးပြီးမှ စျေးပြောင်းရင်

သင့်ရွေးချယ်မှုတွေ –

  • ပိုတဲ့ငွေ ထပ်ပေးပြီး ပစ္စည်းယူနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ငွေအပြည့် ပြန်ယူနိုင်ပါတယ်
  • ၃-၅ ရက်အတွင်း ငွေပြန်အမ်းပါမယ်

 

၁၂။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ကတိ

ဒီမူဝါဒက နည်းနည်း ထူးဆန်းနိုင်ပေမဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေက ပြောင်းလွယ်ပြင်လွယ် ဖြစ်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ကတိပြုတာတွေက –

  • ပြောင်းလဲမှုရှိရင် ချက်ချင်း ဆက်သွယ်ပါမယ်
